Oh, THAT I cannot beleive..... 
Not sure what the situation is there, but let me say this: I grew up on his music, and while what is going on in the court case might be seen as wrong now, in it's day, this was not that big a deal. I mean, he did not rape anyone.... My own mother said that in her day, that was par-for-the-course - guys grabbing and groping you, BUT she has no issue with it back then - that was then, and this is now. NOW, that is not really acceptable behaviour, but man, if you are gonna wait 40 years before you lay a complaint..... Me thinks that perceived dollars are the real reason for many of these coming out of the woodwork now, after SO much time..... My 2c only. Smoke makes things work.
