Their ordering process is seriously flawed but it works. After you place your order, you get an email stating you must reply otherwise the order will be cancelled. Unfortunately your email is never acknowledged. If you send a message containing a question, no response is received from them. Paypal only gives a short period of time for us to request a charge reversal which causes frustration. The good news is eventually the package shows up. The products are very well built. FYI: I ordered 2 packages a month apart. After multiple messages both parcels arrived on the same day. I never had any response to any of the emails. My suggestion is to hang in there and wait. |

I just exchanged messages with Rob, and below is the last response I received: =========================================================== Hello Don, Thank you! Unfortunately I can't seem to log in to TBS to address this issue, and I'm heading out on a vacation today. Some packages seem to be held in German Customs. Customers need to contact them to get their package. Please respond to the thread on my behalf saying that CG is still processing/shipping orders. Not all email reaches its destination, apparently.
