That's more interest than I expected, so we are over 20 now so Power Boards are $25 control boards $10 plus postage from me at 4556 QLD Australia. A pair of boards weighs 310 grams up to 3 sets would be $15 (1KG) for more 3 KG is $17 for express post within Australia. Also what colour do you guys want, I have got red before as below but you can have Green, Red. Yellow, Blue, Black or Purple with white or black silkscreen. Once ordered from China they take about 1 week to arrive in my hands, but I need to redo the control board with the latest mods first. It would be good to add low voltage shut down to the control board if anyone has any suggestions. Please note this is the previous version of the PCB I have deleted the mounting holes across the centre near the caps, added 20K resistors across GATE - SOURCE on the MOSFETs and Totem pole Transistors, plus a few other little tweaks to the tracks and solder mask. Ripper. I don't care what colour they are. Do you drill the holes for heatsinks yourself? Cheers Caveman Mark Off grid eastern Melb |

I don't have any holes for heatsinks, they mount directly to the MOSFETs. I have had need or reason to screw the heatsinks to the PCB. I screw a sheet of perpex to the top of the heatsinks, this keeps them ridgid and provides a place to mount the control board. Mad, if no mounting is needed to the board, fine! One less bloody thing to worry about, sounds good to me. All we need is the email to send you a Paypal payment, probably use our login name for reference? You'll need to keep track of who has and hasn't paid. Cheers Caveman Mark Off grid eastern Melb |

When it gets to that stage I will be ordering boards for those that have paid, I don't want to end up with a pile of boards out of this. There are only 10 types of people in the world: those who understand binary, and those who don't. |

That's 26 now, I will look at padded post bags, the boards themselves are pretty strong. I am about 130 Km north of you Ralph, cost of posting wrapping is probably than buying it, Auspost has gotten over the top these days, I don't know if any of the courier companies would be any cheaper. How's the GTI charge controller board going Madness, stable enough for a production run? |

Yes I was thinking about that, actually, the GTI regulator is running really well since I divided the Drains for the 2 MPPT Channels. All need to do is split the pads on the PCB, very simple fix. Anyone other interested? $8 a piece. There are only 10 types of people in the world: those who understand binary, and those who don't. |

Not sure if I want to go that way yet but for $8 I'll take one just in case. What about cooling circuit boards? We'll have to start calling you "board man" Cheers Caveman Mark Off grid eastern Melb |

Bored maybe. I have been working on reducing the size of the 2 channel fan controller to 50 X 50mm so 4 will fit on one 100mm square PCB. There are only 10 types of people in the world: those who understand binary, and those who don't. |
