Looking for any one that would like to test my full screen editor for MMBasic
this is based on 2.7 does not have the 2.7a fixes yet .
just reflash you Maximite with this hexfile
and at the MMbasic prompt type editor "filename.bas" <- what ever name you like
few things only supports sd card right not and no line wrap yet and only vga
command keys listed at the bottom of the screen

this feature I was talking about yesterday, full featured wordstar type editor where you can write in Basic with labels and you can merge basic files thus making the UEXT module libraries possible, just merge them in the text editor and then when you save the complete file the editor replaces the labels and add numbers

its a hex file to flash to your maximite new firmware .

yes but if you save the target it wont open so what i have done is open it on the site and copy it to note pad and called it max.hex should this work...///...///

ken i ran your hex file but i guess there`s more to it than just the hex file ...you need to ..i think repost the program that is your editor sorry if this is a bit silly ...regards spasrkey and a txt help file woudent go a.stray ,,how ever i do remember when you started out on this venture several pages back but its like lookiong for a needle in a hay stack...///...///ken atm i have a spare SM1 maxi i can load and run any program u would like me too but i cannot do it without your origanal editor program regards...///...///could you pls post it again...///...///Edited by sparkey 2011-11-06

at the basic prompt type

oh ok sorry ..im a lo behind when it comes to basic i was never taught it so i`m in new terrortorey here ..but on the other hand glad to lend a hand ...i`m the one standing round waiting for somebody to tell me how ..if you can understand that..and sorry about the mix up um i will load up your hex right now i`ve been playing around with my "rtc give me 15 min`s and hopefully i will have some results for you..i see geoff has oppted for 2.7b idoes this include any thing from your input it seems to be a bug fix but i look at the size of the hex file and have to wonder ..i`ll get to the hard whare right now...///...///

i had the hex running earlier um i just dwn ldd yor hex from the first page and did not even give me any display what so eveer even tried to term into it but i was getting some weird down load speeds like 25kb a sec i never get that rate ... it dont work might be an eerror at your server...sparkey..i tried it a few times

there is nothing wrong with my board i just flased it back to 2.7b it works ..but with your hex it has no vga disp`ly...
