Nothing wrong with this shed. You have come to the right place. We don't judge. If the fridge has run out of beer, it's up to the shed owner to buy some more. . . now, what was the problem here? wronger than a phone book full of wrong phone numbers |

Ahh Looks like home... But no.. can't help in any way about keeping it all tidy.... Tried that. I admit it's sometimes difficult to find things under it all.
Nice collection of caps.
You can put more than 1 picture per post, bit easier to follow and you can edit if necessary before it gets a reply. Cheers Aaron Off The Grid |

Impossible to keep tidy, but what I did was buy a bunch of cheap four drawer filing cabinets and line them all up along one wall. They hold a tremendous amount of "stuff" and its all out of sight. Cheers, Tony. |

Lots of shelving units , boxes , and drawers. It is still a mess but it is my mess. I feel at home and know where (almost) everything is. Especially the mini frig that holds the beer. |

My rule, its my shed, mess or not... its my home away from my bed...
Had a " friend " ask if he could come round and throw all my " crap " out and clean up my shed,i could go out and he will do it while im out... seriously could not understand why i was so insulted... it was a judgement, based on what he thinks is valuable, one of those have to have big shiny wheels and latest cars etc..
Its your shed, as long as your happy with it... I think it works !! |

Good Day BeandAmber The SHED is what you want it to be, as beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and there is something delightful, when you find things that you can not remember where you put them, we may be a little eccentric by some standards , but definitely not boring. cheers john johnmc |

Yes, I have a similar sort of mess in my shed although I can see some semblance of order in yours, none in mine.
A number of us shared workbench /workshop photos in the Computer forum a while ago. You are in good company here
(These sorts of places are out of bounds to Marie Kondo)

I get 10 and 20 liter square plastic containers that hold liquid (like oil or chemicals) and slice them vertically through the lid and handle with a circular saw. That gives 2 storage trays that can be labelled.
it looks tidy even if it is not.
the second thing is to remove all the stuff that is not used regularly from where you work and stash it somewhere else (in the containers and labelled)
the third is to get a container of stuff off the shelf and sort the salvageable from the rubbish on the bench. Set aside 10-15 minutes one morning a week and just do the stuff you use the most or the bits you always need in a hurry.
Number 4 is the workshop shelving from bunnings. I cant built shelves for the price of their heavy duty stuff. I'm confused, no wait... maybe I'm not... |

My main workshop:
This is supposed to be the clean bit, where I can put projects that are still under construction....FAIL!
This is supposed to be my main assembly area that is supposed to be tidy and with plenty of space to work.....FAIL!
And this is supposed to be my 2nd workshop, that has no excuse to be a mess, as it is the 2nd one, but.....FAIL!
Yes, the mess is strong with this one.... Oh well. It's 'Clean' mess. I keep on trying to sort this mess out, but I never seem to complete THAT job! Smoke makes things work. When the smoke gets out, it stops! |

My bedroom is my shed or my shed is my bedroom. I'm not sure. Now that I'm finished with school (just had my high school graduation ceremony today). I have started the process of reorganizing everything.

Looks very tidy compare to mine. There are only 10 types of people in the world: those who understand binary, and those who don't. |
