Wondering if anyone can help identify this temp sensor.

There are 5 of them in a Rheem Heat Pump water system I'm converting.

They all seem to read between 8.0 & 9.0 kOhm with the unit idle of 24 hours @ 25°C.
Variation could be due to how air circulates to the different locations.

Some sort of NTC, but would be nice to track down a bit more data.

Cheers

Phil

The resistance values you quote would be in the ballpark for an NTC802 thermistor, I think.

Does this look like the package you are searching for?

93J

Looks very similar,

But appears to be 8k not 10k @25°C

Logged a bit of date from it....

Depending on what Temp values I use I get a Beta Coefficients ranging from about 2800 up to 3185.

To be honest, I don't recognise that particular packaging, but an NTC802 would be 8K at 25C. From the look of your first picture above, you have scope to adapt the installation to an 802 in an alternative package (it doesn't appear to be a gas tight or IP enclosure).
