Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

I'm just getting into and learning about microhydro and seen various generator types used, one of them led me here obviously but one other, I think a russian was sharing, it had all the same principles as the included image, except the two smaller coils I put inside the larger ones...
Would this work? I was thinking the extra coil configurations could be wired up to a multi input inverter..
Or would there be too much interference from the generation in the large coils?

I don't know much about these, the wind turbine guys would know better, where are they these days?
I think the small coils inside the other coils in that orientation wont be cutting through the magnetic field properly.
Is there any iron core?

I wasn't planning on using iron cores no.
Acrylic disk, n52's and thick guage wires.

I just think, even if the charge is smaller it can still be used and its an awfulwaste of space otherwise.
