Hi Folks,
I have searched the web for a while and come up blank. The part is the surface mount equivalent of a TO-220 package with the italic F (Fairchild i believe) followed by NF34AB. I expect it is an N channel power mosfet. It is in a H bridge motor driver paired with IRF9540 P channel fets. Can anyone help?
.....Just found way more damage than I was anticipating so proceeding is probably not worth while.Edited by crez 2019-02-25
