Hello all, I am newbie here. I need your help for one of my project. I need pcb circuit board manufacturer. Where is the best place for this kind of supplements? Does anyone know a place where I can get that? Though I personally searched and found this https://www.wellpcb.com/pcb-assembly-capabilities.html Is this reliable? Should I try for it? Please let me know. Thank you! |

I have been very happy with the results I have had from PCBWAY I know others have also. There are only 10 types of people in the world: those who understand binary, and those who don't. |

Any of the Chinese board manufacturers will make excellent boards at a price and quality that nobody else in the world can compete with. Its so competitive now in China, that you will save almost nothing by shopping around. Agree with Mad, PCBWAY is who I use as well. Your files will need to be in the "Gerber RS274X" format, which is now the universal international file format standard. Much of the free PCB design software available from the internet uses other incompatible data file formats, that most if not all of the PCB manufacturers cannot use, and which they cannot be bothered with. The whole manufacturing line will be fully automated, and it works only from a Gerber RS474X file format. They load the file in one end, and the finished PCB comes out the other end. Its the only way they can do it at such low cost. Cheers, Tony. |

Design Spark from RS Components is free and produces Gerber files for manufacture. Also there is no restrictions on the PCB size unlike others unless you pay. It is also a very good idea to check your files with Gerbv I have had it pickup some errors that were not apparent. I used to use 10pcb, they give one extra 'solder sample' which I can also use. But their pricing is higher and packaging is not as professional as pcbway. I now use pcbway also. |
