Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

Probably should start a new forum thread, its a new topic. The PWM motor controller wont make a good variable power supply. Its output voltage would change when the current changes. Think of it as more of a variable watt supply. If you want a supply that maintains the voltage, even if you apply different loads ( currents ), then you need a regulated voltage supply. You can make one like these or buy a reasonable lab variable power supply for around $100 - $200 Glenn The best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago, the second best time is right now. JAQ |
