Well the rest of the world doesn't seem to have any, but hey. Someone might have one in the shed out the back. Looking for a Eupec BSM15GT120DN2 IGBT module. It's out of a PDL Extravert drive. One channel is dead. It's an old beast but the control side of it still goes. I know it's not worth pharting about with old 1980's stuff in a economic sense, but it's a hobby So if you have one propping up a wobbly table and would like to part with it, let me know. There could be coin or bubbles involved depending on your favourite form of currency....
Cheers

Is this the module you are looking for.........

http://www.datasheetcatalog.com/datasheets_pdf/B/S/M/1/BSM15 0GT120DN2.shtml

If so you are missing a zero from the part number (BSM150GT120DN2)

Perhaps that is why the rest of the world dont have any, as i did see some listings for them.

Pete.
Sometimes it just works

Hi Pete'
I wish it was, but the one I have is a BSM15GT. Quite obsolete now. The mounting, size and pin outs are completely different on the 150, as well as the expected ratings. It's a lot gruntier than the BSM15. However, somewhere there will be one in a box in a dusty corner. If I get really keen then discrete components may be able to be shoe horned onto the heat sink. But that will be a wet day project.
Cheers
Pete'.

.....And well wouldn't you know it. In spite of Google search not turning up anything, a visit to RS components site showed that they are still available.
