does anyone know of a suitable shunt regulator to protect a battery bank from overcharging. Ive built a f&P wind generator - set up a 12v battery bank using forklift 2v cells connected in series. Oatley no longer supply the K220 kit and the commercial ones are expensive. Im at a bit of a hault until I get it sorted. |

Hi mitchie, welcome. I think Gill has a spare 220 or you could use the new oatley one here Or you could build the one RossW designed Central Victorian highlands |

Thanks Highlander The Oatley one is only rated at 300w Does Gill have any contact details I would rather build one in a kit form rather than making one from scratch |
