Hi,all members this forum.
In this weekends I bought in the ,,FLEAT MARKET,,one Keamppi 1500 master.EXCLUSIVE ACCESORIES
The seller said ,,IT is faulty but sure can be repaired,,
For repair i need some advice and schematic diagram.

Sure the first time i want disassemble piece by piece and clean all item
but not have schematic for assemble again and test control .

It looks like a Chinese puzzle to sort out.

There apears to be some fault on the lower circuit board, but that might be just how the photo looks.

I know nothing about Tig Welders so unable to help further.

Hi Ioan,

I did a google search for "Kemppi 1500" and it came up with lots of data on TIG welders etc. Maybe you will find what you are looking for there.

Looks like it got a boot full of over voltage running on a poorly loaded generator.
That burnt stuff all looks like MOVs & filters on the mains AC supply.
Unless its just filth.

now i disassemble my ,,Kemppi,,and make pictures .
I was helped by user ,,janne,, but now ask about PCB Z001 the filter power .
What values have al resistors RZ 101 ,RZ102,RZ103.
I can start EXPERIMENTAL with different values FOR resistors RZ 101,RZ 102?
For RZ 103 the user ,,janne,, said in primay -VZ 105 (THE OPTOCUPLE)must have current
1--5mA.

HI AGAIN
in this moment my ,,KEMPPI,, good functions .
I welding with 2,5mm ,30 but fan not start function.
I power supply independent fan cooler and good functions.
you have one idea about my problem.
