Good day All

I am building a 24v inverter, for the mobile use, which will be hard wired in the bus.
I would prefer a 48v system but the generation of 48 volts is a problem.
The nanoinverter control PCB, will be driving one of Madness's power boards.
The question is, will the powerboards totem pole power resistor (120 ohms 5w) need to
be replaced with a 60 ohm resistor and the zeener diode is also reduced to 15v?

Cheers john

Hi John, saw this and wondered if it may be of interest - needs a few secondary turns removed not sure of the VA you are chasing?

Cant offer much help with your query - not familiar enough with the Mad design to comment.
If at first you dont succeed, I suggest you avoid sky diving....

Poida runs a test setup on his bench from 24v. (with the nano and Mad power board)

Can't remember what he changed but it wasn't a lot.

Give him a PM, I'm sure he'll set you on the right path.Edited by renewableMark 2019-05-23
