Hi Has nyone had any expeience with these Plug in Inverters. Have emailed their Australian distributor re meeting Australian standards. If they are reasonably priced I thought they may be a way of tinkering without spending a heap up front. I would like to stay away from a battery system if possible. regards jon |

Sorry, a bit vague as always, the link goes to swea.nl. They have a plug in grid tie inverter kits (top link on their web page)that is 250w that can be extended in 250w increments up to 1kw units. Each unit just plugs into a standard power outlet, they have anti islanding built in. Also have mills ect but I am only chasing an inverter. regards jon |

Got an email back from Aus supplier, should have AS4777 by Sptember which he says only affects the rebate side of things. He said with its CE certificate it is OK to use, not my area of expertise, can someone who knows this stuf comment? Still waiting on a price. regards jon |

It looks like a good idea, but I dont know if the Australian standards would allow it. Will keep an eye on it. Glenn The best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago, the second best time is right now. JAQ |
