Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

One would expect it to be a better question to be asked in the solar section of the forum than under "Windmills".

Sometimes it just works

Yep Kind of agree there Pete,

Trout, system voltage is really good to know as amps could be 43A @ 12V or 11@ 48V.

I only recommend one brand Aus Built- Plasmatronics PL series if you want to look after you batteries. so if your system is 12 V a PL60 and that will give you room to add a couple more panels.

If you want MPPT then you will be looking at around $900 for a good controller
