Here in Europe, we are quite and in some parts, totally dependent
of Russian gas energy.
A while ago, we built a new pipeline etc
Now, they are tightening and saying.. !
Shut your trap, or gas valves closed.
Independence ?
To have energy, from your own state and sources.
Wind and solar power gives you independence.
That is what Germans have been doing a lot and all the other, big
economies, too, with own wind and solar power.
ALL the wind power factories and solar power factories all around
the world, are making 24/7 and with full/over capacity.
As you know the wars, they have been from oil.
Time goes by, its so silly.(Madonna)
Now, we have for the first time, in our history, a situation,
that every state CAN really make their own energy, from solar and wind.
It is happening and fast.
To BE really independent.
So, we just need Natos very fast units, to protect our wind generators
and solar power units.
Weapon industry, is of course the most biggest and most succesfull
industry, in our time now.
So, you must undertand, that it is not going, to be easy.
But, we ALL !! have done a lot, in a very short time.
Like Gandhi's Salt March, we are going forward !
This is not a dream anymore, it is coming reality, day by day !
We must have patience, like Nelson Mandela had.
Also forgiveness, like he had.
But, we must be very determined and we are !
That is ALL we need, to REALLY get things better, in this world.
WE have this internet, what else do you need ? ..
Gandhi, or mandela DID NOT HAVE that, but they did !! !!

Yes, I agree madness.
Our friend Antero is /sounds like ,a very responsible,nice ,earth loving guy .
But a couple of weeks ago I posted that his "posts" were getting a wee bit political and nobody ,up to now, just you ,, have said Boo about his behaviour..
Please, lets get back to fostering the real"backshed" ideas of a few years back ,, bring back a few jokes, bring back some engineering, enough of the political bashing ..

I agree fully with Bruce.
Antero, it off with the pixies on the average post rant, and many jump onboard and discuss total crap, there is often no content in the threads just pure dribble.
Once this forum actually had some content to discussions, and we actually helped each other build stuff from ground up, and of late its just a bullsh*t chat site.
My view is to not to reply to crap postings and further degrade what was once a great forum of knowledge, and try to support getting the forum back on track to what it once was in past years.
Glenn cannot control the direction of the forum, only us members can.
So i ask all of you to not enter into a bullsh*t chat over rubbish topics, let them die, and we get back on track of what the forum was originally about.
