Sorry Tom but I've had to disable your forum membership. Everyone please be aware you can not post messages about a person or business that could lead to defamation action. Comments like "So and so have a bad fair trading history" can get you into serious trouble, especially if its not true. While its sort of OK to say "Personally I had a bad experience with company X because of reason Y", which could be backed up with documented facts if required, its not OK to say "Company X is evil and sell rubbish". Just adding, I've had recent news about the business Tom mentioned. Link removed I'll review my decision to disable Toms account at a later date.
