Firstly Tom , Forums are not a paid consulting service where you just keep harassing until you get a result, from the barrage of disjointed info and questions you have put up in 4 separate posts and the emails you have also sent it is the same as the last time where here .
Clearly write your questions including the relevant information will give the person answering the information required if they decide to answer.

From memory , I think the advice last time was to sell what you have bought and cut your losses but you have bought more and still have nothing up producing power , If you think what you are proposing, that is to put up 10kW of wind turbines, I would suspect it has all fallen apart when you started getting tower prices.

i am getting tower welded up for cindys three x 2 kw after I decide on new tower height
eventually after long search found an engineer in victoria who did a lot of testing on the unit because no paperwork came with it for tower manufacture. re man in snow in black tracksuit if u gogle oem windturbines
in oz u have to get a building permit to get the stcs
engineer gave me a plan for 9 metre towers I bought a truck load of bhp black pipe
i was going to put them in paddock with 9 metres towers but then changed my mind to put in business park in narre warren vic where I would need very tall towers
u said u used to be on cindys payroll
i am trying to buy a vertical axis 50 kw for paddock 12-24 volt is this voltage ok for
australia
did your huya turbine one arrive is it any good or did it fall apart

do u think cindys will fall apart
I bought a 4 kw from beawindnhog.com usa in nevada who said with maintenance it will last 50 yrs
king span have a very nice 15 kw turbine put but too expensive at 40 k

Most good Engineers will build you a tower...at a cost. Towers are not things to be taken lightly, a crappy tower of poor dimension could cause damage or fatality and this is something an engineer would take into account and would have to consider taking liability for if the case ever came about.
Towers need to conform to structural codes, tower and mast standards and wind loadings etc.
For these reasons alone would explain to you why this project may be an expensive exercise.
A lot of people build there own towers but you need some sort of knowledge and these are generally guyed. A 50mm water pipe is not going to hold up an 80kg 3kw unit is it? This is why you need to leave this to a professional.
Foolproof systems do not take into account the ingenuity of fools.
