We just started this windmill project but first let me introduces myself.

My name is Marijn van Antwerpen, 20 years old and I’m in my training period from school and I’m working at Innotech Europe BV in the Netherlands.

My training period started the 30th of January 2012, but for the preparation we already spend 2 months. In those 2 months we spend a lot of time on how we want to make the windmill. We decided to make a 4500 mm diameter windmill with pitch control. And for the generator we assume the Hugh Piggott design.

We also started with the 3D sketches in solidworks. You can see the pictures below.

During the project I will keep you all up to date.
