Hello to all, first time poster, I have been reading some posts about re wiring the stater, does this have anything to do with making it spin easier? The cogging affect? Also I was planning on just direct wiring my F&P mill direct to a grid tie inverter after I have rectified the 3 phase, so if it does not make is spin any easier, what would be the advantage? Love this site by the way. Cheers, Andy Don’t Steal! The Government does not like competition… |

Hi Andy, It looks like you have to do some more reading on this forum , your questions have been asked & answered previously. Do a search for 'decogging'. Regarding connecting to a grid tie inverter - best to get to know your F&P more by charging batteries etc. before you jump into the deep end and mess with mains inverters. Have fun Klaus |
