I received a delivery of magnets from Risheng Magnets today, that i had ordered on behalf of another forum member. The delivery was delayed 1 week as one of the magnets failed when tested at the factory and need to be replaced before shipping. I was impressed with the standard of packaging and the hassle free delivery via TNT. There was no hassels with customs or import dutys, port fees or any of the above mentioned problems listed. The shipping cost that was charged was full inclusive to a door to door delviery. The magnets were shipped with a list of ALL test results from size to gauss measurements for each magnet. This is what the delivery looked like. The box was lined with a sheet metal screen The packaging was very secure I went to cut the tape around the bubble wrap to expose the magnets and then spent the next 10 minutes getting the sissors off the magnets Pete. Sometimes it just works |

Hello Kathy, I have a question on the tightening neo embargo from China. Being in the US here and an advocate of permanent magnet generators used in utility scale wind I have invested in a US company that mines rare earth metals here in the US. My stock shot up again today on announcements that China will have an embargo on exporting neo to Japan and now ramping up to the US. Honestly I have not fully researched the embargo and I imagine you know much more about it than I. Will these embargo's (if they do exist in force) affect your exporting of magnets? Thanks, Perry |
