It is hard to tell from the photos but the air gap between the magnets and the iron core looks way to wide.

I would have expected about 50 turns would have been somewhere around what was needed.

The 2.7 volt quoted is that 1 coil only or the whole stator.

Also with the way the iron core is made your magnets are way to narrow as they will need to cover both legs of the iron core the coil is wound into.

The 2.7 volts is 9 coils all together, all one continuous line. There have actually been a few changes from that pic. My air gap is 1/8" on all magnets and they are all gorilla glued in because when I closed that gap they would not stay off the stator unless glued. So you say that the magnets are not wide enough? I always thought that the magnet should be as wide as the inside diameter of the coil not the outside. So you say it's because of the metal stator? I learn something new each week on this project lol.
Will it work? Well lick your fingers and touch the two leeds. PZZZZZZZT

Your magnet positions look a little strange as well because they don't line up in a uniform patten to the coils.

I think you have some cancellation taking place.

Why have you not used a 3 phase configuration.

What voltage do you get with 1 coil only

Pete.

Hi Arpolis
i dont think you are going to get much out of that
arrangement, why not putt all 9coils to the outter
of the stator, and see what you get there then you
could add the inner coils and more magnets.

All the best,
JA Robby.
