Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

Bug in German version of google?

You could use .co.uk version or .com version to check.

Using the .co.uk you get a response in English not German so it's ignored the attempt to use the .co.uk!

I get:
[PDF]
PIC32MX1XX/2XX - Microchip
ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/60001168F.pdf
FIGURE 4-5: MEMORY MAP ON RESET FOR PIC32MX170/270 DEVICES (64 KB RAM, 256 KB FLASH). Virtual. Memory Map(1). Physical. Memory Map(1).

Sure the 170 & 270 are mentioned in the data sheet but I cannot find anywhere on the web any other mention of them.

Trying both the Microchip website and their online store site yields nothing. I am trying to get samples or buy them but nothing

Has anyone got any clue as to when (and where!) these are available?

Thanks . . . .

Well, the PIC32MZ was similarly visible and now exists (albeit broken).

So, just be a lil patient?

It was also true for PIC18F46K22. I got tired waiting for it. Now is on my breadboard, but I should have waited much more longer instead of participating against my will in a kind of beta testing on my money. A beta testing which should be made in-house and a product which does not work should be considered as defective and retired from the market. With apologies!
