CircuitGizmos will have an assembled ColorMax in surface mount. They will be available for pre-order in less than a week.

My Mom's funeral pushed things out farther than I wanted. It is hard to get work done when something like this completely stops you in your tracks. No pictures, yet. There will not be any posted to the order page until after the pre-order. Working out quantity for pre-order and finalizing on price. The specs, in short, are like the Colour Maximite, but different shaped board. Also there is additional circuitry, which I'll talk about when the pre-order page is up. Edited to add: Board shape is square and just a bit under 100mm. Intent is to provide two boxes - one which has tabs for mounting the box. I can't seem to directly upload a picture here.
