Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

Guys, I have a question. I know that we don't have color VGA in the Duinomite or Maximite because it would take up too much memory. I'm working in a DIY3d printer group and we need high res but not color so much.

How hard would it be to add say 1080 x 720 or 1280 x ? to the duinomite for 3D DLP Printing from BMPs off of the SD card?

The short answer is that the PIC32 hardware is already pushed to the limit. The current resolution is the best that you can practically achieve without going to a dedicated graphics controller.
