Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

I'm using Teraterm when playing with the Maximite, but also use it for mucking around with Bus Pirate and a few other serial applications.

Now, I'm probably missing the bleedin' obvious, but where/is there a way to save the Maximite setup as a preset (serial port, baud rate, etc), then another for the Bus Pirate, etc. So one click sets up TT for each application?

Regards,

Rob
(probably soon to have sheepish look on face).
For crying out loud, all I wanted to do was flash this blasted LED.

Rob,
you can put that sheepish look in place now.....

in the SETUP menu there's a selection "SAVE SETUP". You can change the name from TERATERM.INI to anything you want. Then also in the SETUP menu, there's RESTORE SETUP.

Hope that helps.

And then when you have the new INI files, you can start Teraterm with those INI files from separate desktop icons.
That saves a few mouse clicks!

Check the help file under command line /F option.
