Besides being a great project and creating fun for a whole range of interests, the Maximite is also a great travelling companion. USB powered and Putty as an interface works for me. Here is the Maximite at Hongkong airport: Where else will the maximite appear? |

Of course! Until airport security don't like the look of it, or it's papers for CE aren't right. |

Another Stolen gnome - Here is confirmation that the Maximite works at 35000 Ft over Mongolia! We are lucky these days. Keeping in touch with the "back shed" and the Maximite while travelling is so easily done. So much better than cross words and Sudoku! |

Here's the Maximite on it's Trip. On this leg, the Maximite changed countries and was travelling at speeds of just over 300km. |

Yegad, I better give up and let someone else have a go. I'm sitting here, twiddling my thumbs waiting for a kidney stone to pass. Been out of pain for 48 hours, so perhaps I can start worrying about my first shoulder operation next Friday instead. Cheers Don... https://www.dontronics.com |
