Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

Does anyone know where to get patch leads, male to female, to use between the Maximite 26 pin plug and breadboard sockets as in the picture?
I wouldn't mind buying an assortment but I would also like to get the part numbers for the male and female ends to make my own as well.

Kind Regards

Hi John,

I think Don has MALE-MALE and FEMALE-FEMALE types.

Your could join the two together and make a MALE-FEMALE type like you want.

Female

Male

Just search for wires on dontronics.com

The jumper leads that I used are 12cm long and have a male pin at one end and a female socket at the other. Mine came from SchmartBoard.com (part 920-0023-01) but you can also buy them from SparkFun.com or make up your own using a female socket (Jaycar HP1260) and pins taken from a header strip (Jaycar HM3211).
