Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

I have a new laptop with Win11, I have disabled the password login but I want to disable the lock screen. There are many ways on the web, unfortunately the home version does not have 'gpedit'. Nothing has worked so far.

To disable the lock screen timeout on Windows 11, you can do the following:
Go to Settings
Click Personalization
Click Lock screen on the left side of the Personalization window
Click Screen timeout to adjust the timeout duration
Select Screen and sleep to adjust the timeout to any interval from five minutes to never
