Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

Hi to all..!!

I was just playing around with the touch area command for the FTF Maximite and trying out some fancy button tops... I tried doing it with the BLIT command or by BMP loading two different button tops. I like the color changing one, but it's kind of a resource hog... The BLIT method has less impact, but easy to do... To bad we cant use the SPRITE system to store button tops. It's only 16x16 and to small for buttons. If you could expand it up to 48x48, it would do nicely... I was also thinking that if we could write a "GIF" picture loader for the firmware, you could store whole groups of button top images as separate "frames" within the GIF file... Just an idea to chew on...

Anyway, if you have a working copy of the TFT-MM hardware, try it out and let me know which method you think is better...

Thanks..!!
