Hey all, I'm confused.

On page 14 of the MMBASIC 4.4 manual there is a programming example:

a = &b11101001

I thought variables could only contain strings or floating point numbers? Can the above example be used for hex too?

Never mind. I think I got it straight. My IT course was a looooong time ago LOL Maybe I should hold off for a few more minutes before asking questions of the group. Let the grey matter percolate out its knowledge
