Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

I might have found a bug here Jim, when you click on Start Capture in the MM widow, it asks you for a file name and saves a zero byte file. I think you may have the start capture and stop capture code back the front? A great program as I use it extensively, thanks. Start capture opens a file for capturing any NEW output. The file size is zero until there is some output. You can also pause and resume the capture. If you use an existing file, you are given the option of replacing or appending. If you want to save any previous output, you will have to use the Edit functions to select all and paste into a text file. Jim VK7JH MMedit MMBasic Help |

Not a waste of time at all. I do like feedback. Programs are best when they work 'as expected'. MM Edit is far from that and I am not very good at writing help files that are easy to read. I can add a File menu to the Chat window. That would make saving the contents a bit easier. Jim VK7JH MMedit MMBasic Help |

i do not know if it is a bug or not, but if you press CTRL+C in the full screen editor window it breaks and exit to command line in MODE 1,7 status. all editing/modify applied to the program are lost bye |

No, that is not a bug (it is by design). I have tried to make CTRL-C work everywhere so that if for any reason you want to abort back to the command prompt, you can. Geoff Geoff Graham - http://geoffg.net |
