Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

I'll try and make it easy on Glenn, as he seems to be the one copping most of the flack right now, and I can't understand why.

The reason there has been nothing mentioned on the KSD forum about V3.0 is that I just heard of the release and the features, though several posts on TBS forum in the last 24 hours.

Also the fact that I wasn't prepared to post anything significant on KSD whilst we had a certain member destroying everyone's posts. However that has since changed.

So please, if you have an interest in the DuinoMite, and what we intend to do about the new closed-open source MM-Basic V3.0 software, please jump across to:
http://www.kenseglerdesigns.com/cms/forums/index.php

and to kick it off, I have posted a new message to:
http://www.kenseglerdesigns.com/cms/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4 &t=80

If you wish to vent your views on this saga, please follow us across.

Yes, the camp is now well and truly split in two. I tried to offer an olive branch and solutions on many occasions, but it is beyond me and my understanding.

No one has to leave. But if you want DM specific support, ie, bugs, updates, suggestions, etc, then the DM forum is the best place. This forum is more for projects, sharing software, generic stuff.

This quien es mas macho stuff lacks vision and joy. Stay, or go. What does it matter? Contribute in a joyful way that has value to others; that is what mom taught about life in general. When all is reduced to vague or open threats an innuendo then it’s a moot point. Once that level is achieved everybody loses whether they stay or go.

I really liked it here. I hope good-natured communal behavior returns to being the standard again, and I hope those who have attitudes, expectations, and agendas keep their words sweet and soft; always a good plan. One never knows when one might have to eat them.

If I get banned for speaking this truth, so be it. I'd rather be banned for speaking truth and trying to save the joy than to sit by quietly and watch it die without trying to help bring it back.

I miss this forum already. What it was I mean.

I was on quite a high introducing a new Maximite. It didn't take long to knock me off of that.

Geoff is now gone from this forum. He can be emailed if you have something to complain about. Any additional complaining after the time that he left isn't an attack on him, but an attack on this forum and the members. I see continued negativity to be nothing more than crude harassment.

I agree with you, Pete. Like so many of our parents tried to teach us: Have something good to say or say nothing at all.

I wish the people that are so angry would learn to take the high road.

Hi Guys.

I've updated the forum guidlines and added a sticky topic to explain some changes I would like to see on the forum. I've been in email contact with all those involved and I feel it will all sort itself out in the long run.

I'll close this thread ( yeah go on, call me names ), and remove any similar posts in the future as I find them. Nothing against the original poster, but I've learned some posts can get out of hand very quickly, even if it was not the original posters intention.
