Hi Keith Version 2.7a was downloaded from Ken's site it is the latest includes the help and setup menu Will watch spaces but but does reading seems to work OK I have placed a topic on Ken's site and Olimex have responded . He says there is likely a bug and Ken is working on it. He has not tried the counting frequency etc himself. I must sympathhize with Ken being the one loaded with all our problems and having to sort it. Ken your work is very appreciated many thanks for your efforts. Question has anyone got this feature to work? Its ideal for one of my projects to monitor the fuel consumption of my twin engined Cat via flow turbines that produce pulses. If counting works the way I hope I can count continuously and only come back to pick up the value, after doing other projects like alarms , remote drive control etc, and then compute the value and display . Herb Good to hear Ken's on to it ... I had that buggy feeling too! Suppose we should be calling the different versions with an added title eg DMMMBasic or MMBasicDM ... DM2.7a or MM2.7b I feel that it is only going to get worse. Hi Keith Had been and studied that looking for use of the on board counter but he uses interrupts if I remember correctly least I could not see any configing any pin to 5 Its a little frustrating now waiting for some feedback from the people that are supporting Duimite only by going to the other forum did I get a response from Olimex Herb |
