Yep, that's possible. If it will run a webserver it can do email.

By the way, the clock on this thing is about 20 times faster than my first computer and it has the same amount of memory. So really, it's fairly powerful.

And that one cost me $16,000 in 1982, when your money still bought something.

in keeping with the times for this project would be good if we can get a com port we could connect an external modem and even when the eternet board becomes available you could connect it to adsl but with a external modem this woul give the young ones a vision of how it was back then mabe even using a program like telnet i used to get on the bbss and also do chat but this wowould be great if it cold be on the net ...regards ...

OK, what's the grand prize for the first person who gets one on the net, running a webserver?

I'll exclude myself in this challenge, since I already have the server done and it would give me an unfair head start.
