Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

Hi everyone, Just built my Maximite kit this afternoon and it's working well. Starting to get my head around using BASIC again! I'm looking forward to learning more about what the Maximite can do. Troy. |

Welcome also Troy. When you get around to it, we have some polls going. The most interesting to date, appears to be one on the age of the users of the Maximite group. http://www.themaximitecomputer.com/maximite-age-demographics -poll/ I think we have 3 U.S. users, (all waiting on their boards to arrive from me), and it appears that the rest are from the wonderful land of OZ. Perhaps I should start a "What country do you live in?" poll. Cheers Don... https://www.dontronics.com |

well as long as you have the cable pin tto pi it really does not matter what side the red stripe is on as long as it is electrically tru you should be ok ...now the other thing is that i used a straight headder on the maxi board it needs to be turned around if you have not dune this and you have the right angle hedder onit you may have to cut a slot in the plastic ...givern this is what i found with my kit it came from altronics... technicians do it with least resistance |
