A resync takes place every few seconds to minutes. Including slight crisping on the left edge. But I also wanted to use my HDMI matrix: https://www.thebackshed.com/forum/ViewTopic.php?TID=17173&P=6#225723 By the way, the HDMI/DVI signal only works with a direct connection to the monitor. Using an HDMI matrix (Greathtek 4x2) does not work. I bought this DVI switch: Aten CS1762A.  What can I say? It works better than expected. Not only can I use the DVI input from the monitor, I can also use the HDMI matrix! I found this device in a small ads. For a fraction of the new price and as unused goods.
