Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

Hi Guys,
I am going to display my new VAWT, with a F&P SmartDrive motor as a generator, at an indoor trade show. I would like to have it spinning to attract people to my booth. It doesn't have to be fast or high powered. I have 120v AC available (60 cycle). Can some one recommend an easy fix?

At first, I laughed, but the more I think about it, it is a good idea. Thanks.

Show some pictures of your display at the show. It would be interesting to see how it went for you.
