I read that PV solar panel lose quite a bit of efficiency as they heat up.An article in the latest Renew magazine suggests that at 20 deg ambient the cells under the glass can be be about 47/49 deg.Loosing about 15% of the cells and panels output.What if the solar pool heating mats were siliconed to the back of the panels or by some other method that would potentially remove some of this heat and killing two birds with one stone.Heat the pool and cool the panels.Has anyone tried this.
