Hi all I have a solar panel fitted on my trailer which I use for my music performances. solar panel is 12 volt 180 watt. I have a wiper motor fitted but am looking for a circuit that could operate this wiper motor. the wiper motor drives a pulley to have a perfect slow-speed motion. any suggestions appreciated ron ps. i was first hoping to used 2 small panels wired in reverse voltage to operate the motor, but due to the wattage motor consumes it would need to be 2 larger panels which I feel only causes more headaches Edited 2023-10-22 07:01 by irishron40 |

Hi Ron, Silicon Chip Magazine has put out a couple of solar tracker articles over the years. If you search here for "Solar Tracker" (Name & Description) a couple of articles come up. One from January, 1995 may be of interest. You may have to purchase the article/magazine (PDF) though. Brian ChopperP |
