Origin have not sent me *ANY* bills/notifications regarding my bill/credits since October last year...
They said they are having trouble reading the "PRI I-credit 400" meter via the optical download port on the front and that they may need to come back with a lap top and a serial lead and download the logs so they can do my billing....
anybody in the same boat?
i`m keeping daily logs of export/import of kwh`s) so far i should have clocked a credit of $182 as per my records.

Our system was installed on 19th April last year and the meter about a month later.Meter was read in August and again in December and still no bill or credit.
I have rung a number of times only to be told they Tru energy don't have the appropriate software to calculate it.I'm waiting for my next gas bill from Tru before asking for any credit to be appropriated to it.

Ahh Anthony you're in the same boat as a friend of mine was for a looonnnnnnnggggg
time
So long in fact he got 12 months free electricity.
Dads has taken a while but he was VERY happy indeed to collect his first cheque of $1000.
BTW I was over in Melb as you may have gathered so you're off the hook for helping dad putting the mill back up, talk to you soon my friend
Oh my advice re TRU being unable to calculate it -get onto the ombudsman ASAP
that tends to get them calculating faster Luck favours the well prepared |

other than chucking an extension cord over the fence for them to vacuum with

Had my meter instaled over a month ago, also with Origin but the meter is a PRI I-credit 500 not a 400 and i was wondering weather i would have the same problem. The meter was read for the first time yesterday via the optical download port and the guy reading the meter said it all downloaded no problem so they have fixed the problem with the 400 model by bring out the 500.

oct,nov,dec 2010 nothing
2011 jan,feb,mar, now half way through april and not a peep from Origin...
i have simply given up on them.. if they send me a bill, good i`ll pay (if it`s a bill) but it should be a credit... as per my daily records since Oct!
as for the i credit 400 unit i do find that from time to time the "04" register does not move see the 5044.9 figure for two days

I just had a look at my meter [the I credit 500] and it does not have a 04 register on it, it just skips from 03 - 05, even on the discription list of the registers there is no 04 register on the list.
