We have been using the 6REXC300 6 volt batteries for a few years. 61Kg each in groups of 8 to make a 48v bank, takes 2 people to move them into a 2 tier high steel rack. They are not to be confused with "Lead Crystal" batteries, which are only marginally better than normal sealed gel batteries. 6REXC300OG.pdf They have a very low self discharge, and don't have to be always fully recharged like other LA batteries. We selected these as they are inside a semi sealed 12m container and have a 15-20 year life. The 2V versions are better for higher capacity setups. Cheers Mike |
