For a cap double, can I use different size uf and voltages. Then connect same together and the parallel them? If so what will be the guestamated
output

You should know that by adding capacitors in parallel the total capacitance is the sum of the parts, however each capacitors voltage rating must be adiquite for the application but not necessarily the same.

For example on a 12V bus you could have 100uF/25V and 220uF/63V the result would be 330uF/25V.
